English homework about communication

English Homework (11/1/2011)
  1. Why is communication important?
People have to communicate to understand one another. The form of communication is vital to any living things as it allows them to be aware of one another. Without communication, people would have not socialized and be advanced in technology.
  1. What is/are your favorite forms of communication? Why?
Generally people speak to one another to understand one another. Even i would prefer that. However, in the actual conversation, the literal meaning of the words spoken only affects about 7% of the meaning that the others receive. So, in whatever form of communication we have, I prefer to understand and observe others’ body language. On the other hand, I prefer to express myself depending purely on the words.
  1. How do you decide which form of communication to use in a situation?
I usually depends on the distance that the person i should communicate and the mood of the situation.
  1. What difficulties do you face in communicating with others?
I face miscommunication due to different cultures of the countries. Because if the culture is different, the people may not understand some things about one another as some types of habits or mythical beliefs do not exist in the other country.

After making a blog...

It was easy to make a blog and I think if we use the blog in a correct way, it could be a resourceful for us.
